JOIN FUTURE HOPE

Your Launchpad to Independence

What would Future Hope look like?

If you're turning 18 and aging out of foster care, Future Hope offers support tailored for young men like you. You'll have your own private apartment, no roommates.  We have weekly family meals and support you along your journey.

How long is the program?

Move in on your 18th birthday; stay until your 21st (we're working to extend this in the near future).

What is needed from me for this program?

  • Enroll in school, a GED program, or work at least 20 hours per week.

  • Talk to your mentor weekly and meet with them at least once a month.

  • Participate in program activities, such as Thursday family dinners.

Why choose us?

  • Your Goals, Your Way: We support your personal goals, whether in education, work, or other areas. We'll help you create SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) and provide guidance to achieve them.

  • Mentor Support: You'll be matched with a mentor for weekly communication and monthly in-person meetings to offer advice and encouragement.

  • Life Experiences: Join activities like fishing, bowling, and movies to enjoy and balance your time

How to Apply
